Since the completion of our new FMCV line of naval vessels, the SHipyards at Wuller and Farthing have many ship building yards not currently in use and would be glad to open these facilities up to any nation building up its navy, for a fee of course. These facilities are state of the art, including computer controlled and monitored machines and facilities including some of the most up to date tools for ship building. The construction docks are actually dug into the side of the Camden bay area, eliminating the costly and dificult process of moving nearly completed ships onto wet docks by allowing the whole dock area to be flodded and the ship floated out for completion. The Wuller and Farthign Shipyards contain facilities optimized for contrcting anything from small private yachts to massive super dreadnaughts. A ten year lease of a standard ship building dock starts at ten million dollars, the standard dock is large enough to construct two destroyer size vessels, or a single dreadnaught size vessel. our two Super Dreadnaught docks are available for lease at 1 billion dollars per use (However long it takes to complete whatever project you decide to use the dock for, whether a super dreadnaught or four dreadnaught sized ships, or eight destroyers). The use of the Wuller and Farthing Shipyard facilities can speed your construction time by as much as fifty percent and can reduce construction related costs by as much as twenty percent*

(*figures based on conventional ship building facilities with primarily human labour)

The Democratic Republic of Shasoria salutes your endeavours. However, your people desire money, jobs, and literacy over seacraft. I hope you address these issues as well, seeing as how costly and time-consuming it is to build entire fleets.

The shipyards at Wuller and Farthing would like to point out that shipbuilding, espescially the construction of complex warships, is an incredible producer of jobs for all manner of laborers, including under-educated unskilled laborers, in fact, Ship construction has proven so succesful as an economic savior that Wuller and Farthing has been able to have a policy of life-time employment regardless of need or continuing ability to work. Additionally Wuller and Farthing ha sa continuing tradition of educating workers that have been denied educational oportunities.

What good is a 300 ship Hatarian fleet if it is sunk by 100 missiles?

Don't worry, they'll dodge them!

Actually, said buildup means that everything else will be sacrificed, and Hataria will only be able to field a ground force of maybe one battalion, and maybe two wings of fighters.

And when one's tactics consist only of 'The guns started blasting/shooting at/attacking the <nation> fleet', then the opposing fleet will only take marginal damage whilst they actually maneuver and roleplay out tactical skill.

How so, the Allied Union has approx. 800 combat ships, 20,000 aircraft, and 6 million combat soldiers.

Of course, it took us quite a while to get those numbers up.

Official Response from Highest Admiral of the Candrian Empire, Admiral Hailey the recently sobered up:

Recently, funding for the military of the Candrian Empire has been opened up, pumping the Naval Treasury and expanding to allow a restructure and growth of the Dominion Fleet. We've filled the ranks with Super-dreadnoughts, all their associate battlegroup ships, and countless sailors and sea-borne infantry. The Empire today is now a formidable naval force. Does that mean we own the seas? Quite the contrary. Many navys throught the world are in perfect shape to pound the forces under my control straight to the bottom of the seas. Yet what we have now; centered around some 8 Opperton class ships, is enough to make encroachment into our nautical territories quite more difficult; combined arms makes it almost impossible now. I strongly suggest your naval administration center off of control of foreign water, and towards self defense; remember - size is not power.

Admiral George W. Hailey, Admiral of the Candrian Fleet
