We are afraid that we must disagree with your message. Not only is slavery an efficient method of labor, it also bolsters portions of the Otagian economy. As for the human labour experimentation portion, we feel that this is a vital part of the Pale Rider Arms research program, and will not discontinue it. "How strict is the education req? How strict is the brain damage req? Potty 5iens are all eather very well educated (free education through graduate school for all) or braindead due to druge use (it is not free but very legal)."

As education is difficult to measure, we have decided to institute an IQ requirement that may be used in its place should judgement of education be too difficult. IQ must not be above 100, and brain damage must not exist in any form. Any deviation from these requirements will result in forfeiture of payment.
