Paved roads for Rorotravian Capital Samula

Rorotravia does not have many big main roads, however those which it does have should be paved, and neatly too. Most of the people live in shacks. Therefore General Jackson has said that the Capital must look presentable and show signs of progress to foreign dignitaries.

The small capital, is going to have its roads paved and sealed with tar, and have lanes too! The cost will be 39.5,000,000 and companies from Spartanwar machine will be the ones we buy off in order to undertake such a project.

We have also decided that it is time to have an airport, and we have found a long piece of land which has no vegetation on it. So we are going to put tarmac on it, so planes can land, and we can atleast have some safe way of travel! This will cost around 40,million to pave and lay the foundation for the runway, and another 20,million for the small terminal building. This is a Presidential decree, and Spartanwarmachine contracters will do the work.

Rorotravia is honored by such a noble state, as the Anglo-Saxon Union wishing to establish ties with an nation like ours. However, we unfortuneatley do not have any hangars to store aircraft in our airport, and we intend for it to mainly be for stop, and go flights. We would also advise against it, for those planes would not be used much, as Rorotravia is a third world underdeveloped country, and we have only just made the order for paved roads. No one would want to visit. All our airport will consist of, will be a runway, terminal with some small quarters, and a control tower.

The Imperial Union appreciates the problems of the nation of Rorotravia in developing its national infrastructure. To that end, we wish to offer free construction of 10 of these hangars on the airfield to aid the development of the airport's infrastructure to hold larger aircraft, on the grounds that we can maintain exclusive rights to the use of 5 of these hangars to hold either military or civilian aircraft as we see fit.

Sincerely,
