The Holy Empire of Nova Vaticane and Pope Anastasius V hearby declare the Third Vatican Council to commence.
In the last 40 years since Vatican II, issues have come that Vatican II could have never perdicted.
Some of the issues:
Child sex abuse
Homosexuality
Gay priests
Dropping attendence
and more.
I welcome the Catholic nations of NationStates to send their representive to Vatican City where once again, we will change the way of the church once more.
