Dear readers,
the transport system in optischer is a mess, so my government has voted that we rebuild it.
The only problem is, is that we are removing areas at a time, and will require some spare room for our population. With a population of 111million at the time of this post, it is estimated that at any time, 5 million of the population will have to be moved.
Well, what does this have to do with you? Inside optischer, we are so tightly packed, we can spare no room for the moved population, so we will require room. Any families inside optischer that can take residence with family members have been advised too, but we need 31/2 million habitats for families.
Of course we are willing to pay, and will pay generously extra in case our citizens are looked after by a very friendly nation.
If you can only house a certain number of citizens, contact us anyway, so that we may determine if we can afford two countries.

The Imperial Shogunate would be glad to house any extra families. We have several new colonies that are as of yet uninhabited. For $500 billion, we will take these people and transport them their for however long it is needed.

Waldenburg has recently had a automotive and shipwright union strike, there are nearly 100,000 jobs lost in Waldenburg. We would like to invite your people to our country to take up the jobs. All of your citizens will be paid equally to a Waldenburg worker, and receive shelter and food at expense of the corporation. Along with 100,000 factory workers we could probably take on another million people. A small city has been vacated by the workers as they are no longer able to pay for their housing, we invite your citizens to take up jobs and homes in Waldenburg for however long is your people shall need, they shall be treated humanly and with the full rights of Waldenburg citizens.
