In an attempt to forge good relationships with fellow nations, President Ace Seiyajin of the Republic of Niita invites any and all leaders, representatives, and ministers of foreign nations to discuss policies and any and all possible diplomatic relations, agreements and alliances. Most heavily desired interaction includes establishments of embassies between the nation and Niita and others , as well as trade agreements and cultural exchange.

The Führer has reviewed your request and would be more then willing to establish trade and cultural exchange agreements with your nation as well as create an embassy exchange program.
