The nation of New Ausha, is seeking allies. We promise the benfit of a free trade contract with our allies as well as guarantee of millitary support (only when it is justifyable) New Ausha wishes to expand our foreign realtions, and are optimistic.

For nuclear reserach, we have been against, however, entering a war shortly, we would be glad to join this program. We will start with a 35 million credit goverment grant to this program.

Due to the history of Soviet-Aushan relations, the Political Bureau believe that in hope to strengthen extremely tense ties with the nation of New Ausha, the U.S.S.R. would like to establish an embassy within your lands.

The following are our requirements for an embassy:

(A)Three total ambassadors (one per embassy/consulate) and family.
(B)Two story embassy facility.
(C)Two consulates, each one story tall and in the Northern and Southern regions of New Ausha.
(D)Ambassadorial and family living quarters on embassy and consulate grounds.
(E)Ambassadorial staff living quarters provided near embassy/clonsulate grounds.
(F)Fifty armed guards in both the embassy and consulates.
(H)One hundred civilian staff in the embassy and fifty in the consulates.
(I)Two armored vehicular transports for the embassy and one for each consulate.
(J)One unarmed, armored helicopter for the embassy and each consulate.
(K)The right to envoke manu militari (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Manu_militari) in order to ensure the safety of the ambassadorial staff.

Upon the agreement to the above terms, the Federative Central Government may decide to remove New Ausha from the RL-2 (Relations Level Negative Two) on the Soviet relations status scale (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Soviet_Relations_Status). If these terms are not agreed to, New Aushan citizens will still be refused enterance into the Soviet Union and its insular areas.

The Political Bureau hopes that the New Aushan administration will see the benefit of being allied to a powerful socialist, progressive country. We find it especially necessary considering the current geo-political climate and the way the ultra-capitalist demagogues wish to influence New Aushan policies.

After our little "struggle" we have reformed our political policies greatly. For example, the CWU or Communist Workers Union party, is now one of the 5 parties that competes in each 6 year election. Also, the USINA (United Socialists in New Ausha) are another party. However, our goverment remains a firm conservative democracy, as you can see in our stance on key issues:
