President Hood stared in awe out at his nation. It was a busling site of awe and greatness. A smile crossed the face of the man. For years, the great Republic of Zryden had stayed out of the way of international affairs, but now it was time to come out of hibernation. The gift of friendship was something that every Zryden citizen yearned for. It was this gift that left Zryden seeked now, and only he could deliver it. Hood silently chuckled. It was Christmas time for Christians but he was Santa Claus this year. For in Zryden's isolation, Zryden had bloomed with economic capability. It had shot up to a world renowned economic superpower. Its GDP was well over many nation's GDP, at an estimated $71 trillion along with a high GDP per capita of well over $48,000. Now it was time to prove it to the world.
Hood swiftly moved out of his balcony toward his office. He was formulating what his response would be to the world. He gently raised his hand to his chin as he stroked it in a wise way, yet he had no facial hair, but it made him look smart. He plopped himself on the chair and opened up his computer:

We would like to join the international community as our great people have
awaken from its hibernation. We wish to seek relations with other nations, as
the only way to survive in such a "violent" world is to build relations and
