City: Rhuidean
Leader: Car'a'carn Janduin III the Brave
Population: Around 25,000
Religion: Worship of Light over Dark in the eternal battle.
Allies: Goblins
Enemies:
Not much is known about the Aiel outside of the Waste. Their reputation tells of a hardy race of 'humans' who typically have red to blonde hair with green, grey, or blue eyes. They are also well known for their height with almost all Aiel standing over six feet tall and the shortest being around five foot seven inches. The Aiel are renouned for their fighting and stamina. All Aiel are trained to fight and those who go into battle do so with a Belt Knife, three Spears, a Hide Buckler, and a Horn Bow and quiver. They have recently gotten over their taboo against fighting with swords and riding horses and two new Warrior Societies have been formed. They are the Caba'din or Brothers of the Horse and the Ashan'drin or Sword Brothers. In Aiel society women also fight and they have their own society called the Far Dareis Mai.
Culture:
The old clans of the Aiel were merged into one after the first Car'a'carn, Rand I the Savior, led them into battle to firge a new Aiel Empire. In the Aiel culture there is no taboo against nudity and men and women will undress in front of each other as if they were not there. The Aiel also have a strong code of honor called Ji'e'toh.
Main City:
Rhuidean
Rhuidean is an imense city and a feat of architecture unatainable by other less civilized cultures. The buildings soar high into the air and the irrigation and plumbing of the city is assisted by the Power to flow through beautiful fountains. In the center of the city is a Terangreal which the heir of the Car'a'carn must pass through in order to become the next Car'a'carn. If he is successful he will emerge with two dragons twined around his arms like glittering golden tatoos and if unsuccessful...well lets just say he has always been successful.
Leader:
Car'a'carn Janduin III the Brave
Janduin was the son of Rhuarc V who was descended from the first Car'a'carn, Rand al'Thor or Rand I the Savior. Janduin is at his peak athletic ability and has a moderate amount of contact with saidin. He has a special sigil used by the first Car'a'carn which is called the Dragon Sigil. This sigil was enhanced by Rand I so that it became a sa'angreal which can effectively double the power of a man who wields it.

Another prominent person amongst the Aiel is the M'hael of the Asha'man, Kilderic. He also has a special weapon called Callandor. It is a crystal sword that can level citys. This drains the power of the weilder extensively if used too much and is passed down from M'hael to M'hael.

M'hael Kilderic
The last prominent person amongst the Aiel is the Amyrlin. She is the leader of the Aes Sedai. She is very strong in saidar and it is rumoured that if she were to link with Janduin and Kilderic then they could top the power of Callandor. She has as of yet refused to do so though.
