There will be hospitals located in reasonable areas, so people can go to a relatively good hospital, which will be able to cure them of tetnis, or atleast vaccinate them from it, and many other horrible diseases. The people must have their freedom, be it from disease, or corruption. Some claim I am a dictator, yet where is my grand palace? I am not, for I act in the interests of the people, and the building of capable hospitals with such money, will mean that people can live their lives in better health. Farewell!"
