We need the construction materials, like Trucks, Buldozers, Concrete mixers, and other construction materials. Will pay extra if there is unlimated concrete.

Please, we really do, we need to build hospitals, schools, and infrastructure. We are in such desperate need, the former colony left us with nothing!

Correspondance to Rorotravia, via the desk of Ashton James, Secretary of International Trade - Spartan

"The nation of Spartan could potentially provide your building materials. As it stands, the rapid growth of our own economy and industry has lead to an abundance of suppliers of basic constructstuffs such as wood, gravel, paving cement, building concrete, steel and insulation. A recent downturn in new business has left a sizable gap (Approximately 9%) in annual build rates in Spartan.

We propose that by shipping your country these basic construction materials, we can provide your country with an influx of imported goods while generating revenue for Spartan.

You will find our market demands are slightly below average on price, and the cost of shipping is negligable to the scale of trade that will be provided.

If this proposal is acceptable, please inform me via Spartan's International Trade Department, at XXX-XXX-XXXX fax XXXX."

From President General Jackson
To Spartan

We are very glad that you have answered our calling to help us buy construction materials, and vehicles as we are in a desperate need for them. We wish that you supply us with these materials, so that whenever we. Announce a new building, we do not have to venture out to individual suppliers for all our buidling needs.

We will pay for this on the understanding that

i) We have unlimated access to all materials, and that the bill we receive is from your own companies so we dont have to venture out to others.

ii) We get vehicles.

GENERALLY WE FEEL THAT WE DONT WANT THE HASSLE OF HAVING TO CONSTANTLY APPEAL TO THE WORLD FOR BUILDING MATERIALS WHICH WE SHOULD HAVE IN OUR OWN COUNTRY, AND WE JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO SIMPLY SAY WE ARE BUILDING SOMETHING FOR A CERTAIN PRICE, THAT WE HOPE YOUR COUNTRIES CONTRACTERS PROVIDE THE MATERIALS FOR WITHOUT US NECESSARILY NEEDING TO MAKE SEPARATE ORDERS, FOR EVERYTHING WE DO.

Reply,

I) The billing will be from various private contractors, who will treat the business of your state as respectfully as the business of a personal client, including confidentiality and professionalism.

II) Vehicles are usually produced by companies other than those in the business of building materials, but yes they may also be purchased for a highly competitive price from the industrial automotive coporations of Spartan.

Effectively, the materials that you need will continue to be delivered for as long as they are needed and paid for.

OOC: Do I need to request to you the materials, or may I just assume that the deals have already been made and that the comapanies pay is part of the building cost?

OOC: You don't need to let me know everytime you're building something. Just acknowledge that your country imports construction materials, and it's part of your import/export system. It's just an establishment of trade between two nations.

President Jackson would like to invite the President of Spartan to the Capital for a full state visit, once the country has an airport, and army.
