The doors to the Covenant are now open. We are, at the moment, a small and new gathering of nations. Do not let this be cause for discrimination, however, as all alliances and nations start out small. Our goals of mutual protection and prosperity are best achieved together. We are a close group of nations, bound by our constitution to work for the betterment of each other. Only with such a close group may respect and friendship flourish. None shall be left out, forgotten, or discriminated against within our ranks- something which no large and open alliance can offer.

We are built on a religious structure, but religion of any kind is not required or imposed. Power is equally shared by all members. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Is it possible for my puppet nation (Unterzagersdorf) to join. It isn't future tech, though. It would just be an out-of-region ally because I am quite comfortable in the International Bolshevik League. (I know I could have TGed this to you, but I thought that it could also serve as a BUMB!)

I don't see why not, but he can't hold any power as that would be wrong. He also can't do much militarily so long as Sal is involved in the conflict, that too is 'wrong'.
