We have a population of over 900 million, and an extremely good economy, and therefore we have an extremely competent army. An army with the orders to exterminate the population of a region will defeat partisans (this is what the Nazis tried in Russia, and it worked against the Jews). Seeing as I dont know the actual location, and your nation says "The Hidden Reich" the best I can do, for the time being, is attempt to discover your location via the use of satellites and my spy services

We agree to delay on a preemtive strike using biological agents, but it should be noted that the new Ebola Zaire vaccine is 100% effective in monkeys. I'm sure spraying them with something like hydrofluoric acid should have some kind of effect. Im sure that something like a neutron bomb could be used too, although this is a nuclear weapon.

We do understand the fine points of diplomacy, nuclear weapons are to be used as a threat. Although we could have done just as well by detonating a few Tsar Bomba type nuclear weapons as tests (i.e. 100 Megatons). It is likely that we will take iniatives in developping similar weaponry in the near future.
