Los Angeles, Earth SSR-

Faced with unprecedented committments with the GFFA and the threat of "extraordinary" attack, the Politburo has approved an increase in military spending.

The bill stipulates-

-The addition of 4 more Drama Casserole class System Dominance Ships.
-The creation of three more large-tonnage shipyards, tenatively named Frederico Garcia Lorca, William Sherman, and Gamal Abdel Nasser.
-An increase in funds for military research projects and the creation of a series of Military Research Laboratories to aid in R&D.
-The reorganization and upgrade of the People's Navy and Red Army, with simplified supply requirements and organizational names, as well as the creation of a new Joint Revolutionary Command and Control Staff.

Reportedly, the People's Navy Marines (as the Naval Infantry is now called), will be given new equipment, and reorganized to better suit their "first to fight" role. Also, the Red Army and People's Navy will place an emphasis on quality, and on mecha.

(OOC: Well, umm, can we continue this on phone or something? I don't want to spam up your thread... Here, I will say that in game at least, the Baneblade truly is the ultimate assault vehicle. I took on Ork Hordes, Necron Monoliths, Chaos Legions, and unleashed the Apocalypse on the bad guys without breaking a sweat with that thing.

Besides that, the campaign is much better than the original DOW's, by virtue of better cut scenes, more interesting mission plots, and bigger hordes of troops. The Necrons were freaking tough. The Baneblade combined with my armored columns of LR's and few space marines were just about the only units that could put up a fight...)
