"Emperor?" The Emperor sat on his throne in deep thought looking up he saw his Nephew Luthais. "Nephew!" The Emperor stood up smiling and chuckling. "Excellency" Luthais said standing at attention, he saluted. "Nephew please...i am your uncle there is no need for such formality today come enter, Let me look at you." "Of course uncle..its been along time since i have seen you." The emperor looked at his nephew seeing how much he had grown and his promotion. "My goodness this is an excellent birthday surprise i have not seen you since you left for the officers academy, My You look more like your father every day." "I'm very sorry uncle but i have to go I'm here for security detail i just thought it stop by to see you for a moment, Maybe when the festivities are over we can catch up on events?" "Yes..i would love that, you are right though i must be going as well." Both men exited walking down the marble hall of the Imperial Palace chatting, when they came to a huge wood double doors they shook hands and parted ways.

The Emperor Walked out on to a balcony of the imperial palace where a microphone and podium with the seal of zurst on it awaited him, below were crowds of people cheering and waving the Zurst flag and the flags of Zursts allies and other nations in attendance. "People!" the emperor boomed "People! today is a grand day indeed! this is not just any day it is..my Birthday!" "Happy birthday Emperor Septum!!" some people below screamed the crowed roared and waved there flags. The Emperor smiled and waved "But People! People this is not just ANY birthday, Birthdays come and go but this one shall be remembered for Years to come! i have decided to let you the people of zurst a booming country, celebrate with me!" The people roared again "Today there will be no work, no school ONLY FUN!" I have set up a fair here in Zurst for people to attend, Any and all attend this fair! after the fair has ended there will be a nice meal waiting for you. But a waring, any who would try to disrupt this time of joy and celebration will be delt with harshly. now let us have fun and celebrate!" With that the emperor turned and reentered the palace people in the crowed below roared and ran forward the guards fought to keep them back.

The Emperor walked down the marbled hall way of the imperial palace into the main dining hall where a great feast had been set up any kind of food or drink you could think of was there the emperor chuckled to him self, i sure hope the dining hall will hold all our friends from other nations. The emperor went to the door way of the dining hall and awaited his guests.
