Calinda is hereby calling for any and all nations, organizations and the like.
After series of overthrows and mock invasions organized by the "Concerned citizens of Calinda" the government has had no choice but to bend on their will and organize effective "up-to-arms" system which would enable immediate call-to-war for no less than 1 Billion (1,000,000,000) soldiers. Due to the traditional 1 year minium of armed services for any and all members of our nation it has been declared that the "buffer zone" will be extensive and all population centers in the area will be provided with armory's that have weaponry for any and all who are ready for battle (95% of the nations adult population) within hours of notice.
We are expecting your options and offers, remember that we are looking something that is extremely cost-effective. All of our "hi-tech" weaponry we can produce ourselves but this task is beyond our production capabilities during peace time and thus we are seeking options.
We need basic defensive weapon solutions that is sturdy and reliable with easy to use and maintain build that can be used effectively in urban, rural and wilderness conditions, and possibly some basic tactical equipment of our recommendation. The loose timetable set by the council vote is 5 years, but it is extremely flexible up to 10 years and more to make the transaction as smooth as possible for the both sides. We have not yet ruled out, considering the magnitude of the transaction, the possibility of designing of "Calinda" rifle. But we would like to scout all possibilities before making our decisions. This in mind please add your production capabilities and adaptivity of your facilities to the offer, open or closed one's will be accepted.
