Basic info:
CITY: Ixion (After the man who was responsable for creating centaurs)
LEADER: Chiron II.
GRAND SHAMAN: Ambus Lexus
POPULATION: Around 5000
RELIGION: Pegan (similar to old Greek)
War:
In centaur hiearchy, both genders fight. The women are armed with bows, and only wear light armour (or nothing). The men wear full brozen armour and are armed with shields, javelines, swords, axes, spears, clubs...
The standing guard of the city consists of 150 men and 50 women, but in times of war, the army numbers are incresed to around 1000.
The city of Ixion:
It is a quite big city, sorounded by a tall and very tick (tick enought for a horse to stand on it). The centaurs live in big luxurius hauses, wich only have one floor. The city ruler lives in a palace-fort, wich is sorounded by another line of walls, and presents the last line of defence.
Culture:
Tha centaurs have a quite developed social life, similar to the Greek. They have huge temples and gimnasiums in the city, were they pray, aducate and practice.
They live from food that the slaves produce on the fields. The slaves are captured on war raids, and they have to work hard most of the time.
Atrefacts:
-The armour of Nessus: It is a full plate centaur armour worn by the leader Chiron II. It is made our of some sort of white metal, and it has a black emblem on the chest. The armour is the same as any other, it is hard and can stop a blade, but will not protect the wearer against all blows. It speciality is in that that it makes the wearer imune to fire, even dragon flame and magic flames!
-The Skull staff of the Limbus: It is a short staff with a small, fary like skull on top. It gives its wearer a very powerful magic abilitie. The wearer can blast its enemies with a black ray of pure evil, that melts an enemy if it hits him.
