The Waldenburg Empire has today commissioned a star forge. A star forge is a massive factory, which is powered by the energy it obtains from its orbit to a sun. The energy used is massive and can power the construction of around 15 star destroyers a month along with hundreds of fighters and other smaller ships. Needless to say this is highly dangerous and has already resulted in the loss of two shield ships and a cruiser that was on guard. The idea is to assemble the station outside of sun’s gravitational pull and then moved it in with automated ships to reduce loss of life. So far the station is progressing poorly it is being built well but is far not able to withstand the heat of a sun at a very close range. Therefore we are looking for technology to assist us in its construction, any sort of shield of thermal plating would be first choice.
Along with the obvious risks of building a massive space station near a sun there is the fact that we are a relatively small country, while not poor but incapable of coming up with the massive funds needed. We have already been promised 8 trillion from the Waldenburg Empire; while this is enough along with our funds to make a shell with some minor factories we are not however going to settle on that we intend to make this a universal power. So to all other nations we are willing to sell up to 49% of this venture for a total of 9 trillion GPD. Although money and technology is mostly what we require and supplies or help anyone might be able to offer would be greatly appreciated. We must warn any nation that a large part of the original labour will be made by clones and automated machines to cut costs, some might view this is slavery but we do not, but we will not have it said that we did not warn you.
The station shall be built around the star in Paloni (a sector of space belonging to Waldenburg which was bought and is now called the corporate sector) it shall then export it’s products to whoever is wise enough to buy shares. This venture shall be considered as any other corporation with Presidential elections to be held between the majority shareholders.
Statements of Policy for Shareholders:
1. The majority shareholder shall not control the company unless in a state of emergency or in the period between presidential elections. Although the majority shareholder can veto the presidents actions, but the president can do the same to the shareholder.
2. The majority share holder controls 6 out of 10 votes in the venture (This is not as bad as it seems since the majority share holder in myself, Waldenburg and Ibblesguard so each controls only 2 votes)
3. Any product from the star forge, once it has been shipped becomes full property of the owner with no ties to the former corporation. Any property of the corporation may be sold once it leaves corporate space (I’m also buying that from waldenburg) by the prespective owner.
4. In the Corporate Sector all property of the corporation shall be considered that of a sovereign nation, any attack on corporate property shall constitute an act of war against corporate forces
5. No one may forcibly take stock from any shareholder although stock may be sold at any time by any party for any price.
6. The star forge shall produce any ship on request from a shareholders percent of the factory.
7. Presidents and officials shall hold office for only 1 year (2 Rl weeks should work)
8. Each shareholder shall set aside 1% of their earnings for growth of the Corporation.
