The Dragon's Order Opens for Foreign Ambassadors
The Dragons Order

The Dragon's Order- a rogue nation governed by the fair and just Voivode Vlad Dracula III is now accepting ambassadors and embassies from foreign nations.
The Rogue Nation is outwardly goverened by the fair and just Voivode Vlad Dracula III, however, inwardly, the true power is Integral Hellsing of the former Hellsing organization. To her you must show your most respect and deference. Else face the dull end of impalement.
A private embassy will be provided on the political drive leading up to Castle Hunedoara. You may choose both the layout of your embassy and the internal functions. However, while in The Dragon's Order, you must adhere to all of it's laws and policies. Law and the maitenece of it are key to keeping a peacable state and loyalty of one's subjects.
Twenty dignitaries will be allowed, including the Ambassador's family and attaches. They must present their credentials and pass a basic knowledge test of the way the country is run so that they might understand more about The Dragon's Order.
Ten armed gaurds will be allowed, though ample security will be provided. The arms the guards may carry can be melee only, no firearms and no hand cannons will be allowed. Swords, whips, crossbows and the like will be okayed upon inspection.
Also, The Dragon's Order does not tolerate the heathen's religion. Anyone caught wearing a turban will have it promptly nailed to their head. Anyone who refuses to heed the laws of this country and uses a Qua'ran for anything other than study, will find themselves on the dull end of an stake- the price for breaking this law is impalement.
Anyone also caught in the practice of Nazism, in support of the Millenium Group or other such treasonous individuals will be rounded up along with their families and forced to rebuild Castle Bram, stone by stone, until they drop dead from exhaustion and starvation or until the castle is finished.
Though the death penalty is rarely enforced, impalement is still the legal method of death in this country.
That being said, The Dragon's Order welcomes any and all who wish an embassy to be kept in this grand country.

Will we be forced to rebuild your ruined fort in our Easter Clothes as of Old, I wonder? Your threats are not for us; we are the triumphant Master race ready to bestride the Treacherous East once more. Let us see you cower with the Forests in flames; and the Schutzstaffel amidst the flaming pyres and stakes; you would invite us heart and soul into a wonderland; a Midian masterpiece, and I would compose; direct; sculpt the living pieces into master works; the screams and shots into concertos....
-The Major.

Triumphal? As in your great victory the last time around with the empire that would last a thousand years? I believe that failed. As would your attack on our homeland if you were so inclined. Your bodies would create a new forest of the impaled to line the drive to my fortress with.

Your neighbor in good standing, the Island Dominion of Kageshima, wishes to establish an embassy within your borders, as a symbol of alliance and goodwill between our two nations, and to promote free trade and travel between our countries. We trust that, as long-time unofficial allies, you are already aware of the special needs of our diplomatic team - namely, that our embassy be situated on or near the coast to allow close proximity to a body of water. As our nations are often in communication, and our Foreign Affairs Office is still regrettably small, we would like to send a skeleton Diplomatic team of three officers and ten personal guards. These guards will bear the traditional Dylani short spear, two blades of either the cutlass or the saber variety, and two back-up blades of no more than eight inches in length, at your approval. All weapons will be submitted for examination according to the just and fair laws of The Dragon's Order.
Please respond with questions or problems, and I will be happy to work with you to make certain our embassy exchange is a success.
Cordially yours,
Anatole Solei

We are pleased at your want to establish an embassy within our borders and the Voivode has taken all the care due your grand status. One half of the diplomatic drive is located on the shoreline of the Frozen Princess inlet. The embassy we wish to give to you is not a steep incline as the others are, but rather has a beach and a gentle access to the inlet and through there, the ocean.
The size of your staff is quite acceptable and, of course, both guards and a house staff will be assigned to you at your leisure. The Voivode does not wish any harm to befall those who are welcomed into his land and you will find that the hospitality here is quite generous.
On a more personal level, I would not reccomend the eating of the native dishes unless you are comfortable with rats meat and ravenblood. It is a. .revived tradition.
Sincerely,
Walter C. Dolneaz

Yer neighbor from the Northern reaches o' the Kraken Islands wishes to take ye up on yer offer of embassy. This would stand as a means fer further trade an' trust between our nations, an' ter allow free trade an' travel between our waters an' yers. Once an embassy is established, any unwarrented an' unlawful predatations of Innish buccaneers upon yer naval forces will undergo a severe crackdown, and ye may look to us for naval an' regular support during times o' conflict if'n we may be expectin' the same of ye. By means of an ambassador, I propose to send the head o' Clan Murdoch to yer sunny shores, as he has a good stout heart an' a love fer the Queen's religion. He would be needin' to take his immediate family, consistin' o' his wife an' their three sons and four fair daughters. Also, there'd be one advisor o' the Crown, a Druid by the name o' O'Malley, one Runemaster ter help him with any high learnin' he might not understand, one Bard ter help with the histories, and one Shide singer fer luck, and then his personal compliment o' guards, which numbers an even dozen, who'll be armed with naught but Innish blades, which consists o' the Claymore, the Basket-Hilt Claymore fer yer social gatherins, the Innish longsword, a Dirk, and the Innish Dike. Also, the crew of his ship will be needin' fair harbor while in yer fair city, but that only includes an' extra eight seein' as how all o' his guards be proficient sailors as well. I trust this meets the requirements that ye have set forth.
I look forward to yer response, and hope that our nations can go right o' ways as soon as be possible, and per'aps a lucrative agreement can be achieved as well.
May yer winds always be fair and yer ventures profitable,
"Mad" Jack O' Bannon, High King

I assure you that no member of our diplomatic team is squeamish about blood or raw meat. I am, in fact, rather amused that you would think I would send someone with a weak stomach to your esteemed nation, with whom we have had close relations for centuries. I think we know each other rather better than that.
We appreciate your accomodating spirit regarding the special needs of our diplomatic team, and we have comissioned one of our local ships, The Resplendent Dauntless, to carry our team to your shores.
Cordially yours,
Anatole Solei

On behalf of the Voivode, I extend you welcome to open an embassy in the lands of The Dragons Order. Our Patron has looked over your request and deems the extra sailors you will need as quite acceptable. Though none of the embassy houses has a direct port, there is a diplomatic port down the road reserved for those who will travel by boat. All amenities will be provided of course, for both your ambassadors as well as your crew.
We look forward to opening trade with your lands and you will find us a hearty ally in all aspects. Though we are not naturally a sea faring people, our land capabilities quite make up for that. In our land, you will be granted all the honor and protection and we hope you find the native generosity to your liking.
If you have any further requests or questions, do not hesitate to ask.

Well met, sir. Forgive an old man's memory for forgetting your lack of distaste at our practices. The diplomatic port is open and only down the road from the embassy row, though your embassy has nearest access to it, I imagine. We are prepared and welcome your arrival.
