Thoughts of War(Retzles & Cantelmium!)
Morgiland

The black armoured cars rolled through the crowded streets of Vidava. Horns blaring as the convoy snaked it way through the winding paths that were the streets of the capital city of Morgiland.
The drivers increased their spead as the deadline for when their foreign quests would arrive drew ever closer. Slowly the motorcade came to a halt as armed guardsmen moved forward, checking identifaction papers and license plates.
Sounds of jets taking off near by could be heard as the procession rolled into the royal air force base of Morgiland. Preparations were made to take the foreign dignitaries back to Gihal Palace, home of the royal family.
Gihal Palace, The center of Vadava
King Tyler Carpi sat queitly in the throne room as he awaited his quests. Quietly his wife tried to sooth her husband's nerves, stroking his hair as the king's brain buzzed with activity and anxiety.
Just like the king's mind the halls outside of the closed wooden doors where alive with activity, maids rushed from room to room preparing chambers for the very important men who would decide the fate of their great country.
Slowly news returned that one of the planes had landed, King Tyler slowly stood and watched from window as the black SUV rolled down the drive.

The doors to the palace swung open, wisps of cold air and flurries of snow drifted into the hall as the procession started their march into the hall. The Honor Guard of the Emperor swept into the room, dressed in full uniform; red and gold trim uniforms adorned with the imperial eagle of the Emperor, saber’s to their sides and military assault rifles slung over their shoulders. First acknowledging the King, they slightly nodded at his presence and began to fan out and reinforce the security of the main chambers.
As quickly as the attendants noted these 20 men, of the Elite Imperial Guard of Cantelmium, their attention was drawn away to an even more prestigious figure that emerged from the frigid winter air.
As he entered into the hall, all lingering conversation quickly ended, his entrancing figure ending all distractions. From head to toe he wore a crisp white suit, whose illumination made the sun look dim. His white shoes echoed every step he took and the light of the main hall reflected off of his Imperial Regalia, golden rings polished to perfection. His pendent, the Golden Eagle of his Empire in a circle shone with a brilliance of its own and the Imperial Diadem which sat upon his head, a golden circlet with diamonds lining the outer ring, caused many an attendant and soldier alike to bow, even slightly, in recognition. This was the man, the Emperor of Cantelmium and Master of the Rajou. Emperor Robert Cantelmo.
Time stood still as he approached the throne, until, standing before King Tyler, his melodic voice rang out.
"My friend, King Tyler Carpi. Let it be known to all who concern themselves, be they friend or foe. I have come."

The king smiled benevolently as he stood and gazed at his friend. The amber eyes shifted momentarily to the group of advisors who had assembled themselves along the the right side of the hall. Tyler was elated to see that the group of politicians looked slightly uncomfortable in the presence of two men who had more power than any of them could ever dream of having.
"Welcome to Vidava, Emperor. The pride and joy of all Morgiland, her people welcome you as well. Although I'm sure some of them will be displeased once they learn of the intentions of this meeting."
With a smile Tyler slowly stepped down and moved forward, the gold pen dragon broach that kept his ceremonial cloak in place strained as a breeze swept across the hall and fluttered the flags of the Rajou and of Morgiland. The king had decided to dress in the formal of the kings of old. A golden crown lay atop his head, a circle of incredably detailed pendragons circled Tyler's head as a silver chain with the seal of Morgiland upon it rattled with every step of the monarch. Golden rings with indigio and rubies adorned the kings fingers in honor of the countries colors.
"I hope your flight was quick, the storm has been stationary for several days now and the snow is accumulating quickly. Many of our flights have been grounded and I hope General Dawlin will be able to arrive on schedule."

"Of course, my friend, the weather is not in our realm of control. Yet."
The Emperor allowed himself a small laugh at what he thought was a simple joke. Several of his Guard mumbled laughter as well, while the King's advisors managed wide-eyed chuckles.
Poor Tyler, having to put up with these old fools time and again. I really should have a talk with him about managing a proper cabinet. No matter, we have more pressing issues at hand.
"Enough jesting!" The Emperor continued with a wave of his hand. "Friend Tyler, as you know, this is my first visit to your majestic capital and as Cantelmian custom dictates, I have brought you a few gifts. Please, let us enjoy them while we await General Dawlin's arrival."
With a clap of his hands, the doors again swung open and several attendants swept into the room. With them they carried golden plates with gilded figurines, paintings by famous Cantelmian artists, silks and fabrics rich in texture and, to the elation of the soldiers, several beautiful women skilled in the arts of dance and song.
The Emperor's green eyes flashed across the room, and bore the smile that his face would not yield. He had come to Morgiland as a guest, but he would leave as a hero.
"Friend Tyler, please, accept this gift from the Cantelmian people and sooth your worried mind," he paused to grab a fruit from one of the gilded plates, "from any future troubles."
He flashed a smile, before sinking a bite into his pear.

"Maybe not yet, but it shall soon be obedient to our will!"
Tyler eyed the foreign beauties for a moment before bringing himself back to reality. The monarch traced the outline of the figures on the plate as he thanked Robert profusely.
"I can not accept these gifts with out one for you..."
The king motioned for a young attendant to come closer as the young, wide eyed boy approached the leader he leaned forward and listened carefully to the instructions that were dictated to him.
The boy's eyes widened and he departed, returning several minutes later with his arms laden with a large cage and several other boxes.
"A native pen dragon, breed and born in Morgiland. And spices, come from the world famous Fitnal market in down town Vidava. I hope you enjoy each!"
The monarch's face suddenly became serious as the reality of what they were here for entered his brain once more.
"Enough of this Robert, we must discuss Immortal Dragons and our plans for war."
Tyler's advisors nodded approvinngly as the emperor sent the foreign gifts away and his Generals and Admirals entered.

The Emperor approached the war table with slow echoing steps, stopping at its outer lip.
"Friend Tyler," His voice rang out across the hall, "We desire greatly to get this meeting underway, but as of so far, we have only come as the leaders of the Rajou. We have been petitioned for aid by both you and the Federation of Reztles, and until one of you can explain the situation, we will be unable to decide on the proper course of action. Perhaps, until the good General arrives, you can explain to us what has transpired, and what you desire to accomplish?"
The Emperor then motioned for his aide, a young woman barely out of her teens, and whispered to her. The woman fumbled with a bit of paperwork for a moment, and then ran out to the convoy outside to place a cellular call.

Tyler glanced sideways at one of his advisors and nodded the advisor dimmed the lights in the hall and moved to a computer in another room, immediatly a picture of the region was displayed on the far wall.
Quietly Tyler whispered to the leader of his personal guard who quickly disappeared from the room and into the reaches of the palace.
"Several days ago a group of men were aprehended on the Morgian-Retzelian border. Upon first glance the Retzelian forces found the mark of the Immortal Dragons upon these foreigners. Then, upon interogation it was learned that these men had intentions of stealing uranium from our reactors. Here." A red X appeared on the map as the monarch continued on.
"It is believed that Immortal Dragons had intentions of using this uranium on the people of Retzles. I of course gave my support to Retzles had have mobilized our military."
Upon completion of his speech the sound of boots upon gravel could be heard outside.
Even from within the War Room they could hear the chopper approaching. However they did not know it was there loyal ally untill they heard a womans voice out side in the hall....
"NO! STOP! YOU CANT GO IN THERE!!! THE KINGS IN A PRIVATE MEETING_..."
The door bursts open and there in full army fatigues stood the Federate General himself. he entered the room with a precession of Legionaries behind him, trekking snow into the dark room from there muddy combat boots laced up there shins. The Federate General took the AR-15 that was slung over his shoulder off and handed it to the Legionarie next to him. He crossed to King Carpi and and while holding the kings hand in his, he hugged the King and said...
"So your the host of this Tea Party..."
He then moved to Emperor Robert I and gave the same affectionate greeting, with a little bow of the head for the Rajou's wise leader.
The General than dissmissed his Legionaries and sat at the table.
"So my friends... Lets begin..."

Tyler welcomed his friend cordially and glanced to the open double doors where a group of guards, dressed cerimonally in tunics of blue and red with a gold trim, short swords at their sides and blue tights covered their but with AK-47s clutched in their hands.
Motioning them in Tyler sat back down and turned to the general. "Welcome to Vidava, and to the Kingdom of Morgiland. Please accept these gifts as a token of friendship between our two nations."
The same items were brought as the previous time, a pendragon and native spices. As they were handed over the lights were brought back to their normal and the giant of image of Morgiland and Retzles was replaced with an even larger map of Immortal Dragons.
"The Republic of Immortal Dragons, gentlemen. The King's fleet is," Tyler pushed a button and a boat appeared a hundred miles off the cost of Immortal Dragons."Here. Our two other fleets are here and here.
The plan, is two have a four pronged attack on the ground, the forces of Morgiland advancing in the middle, Cantelmium to the right, Retzles to the left, and Jordantinople to the far north.
As far as I'm concerned war is inevitable and Immortal Dragons must be defeated."

The Emperor's aide rushed back down the hall cell phone still in hand. She pushed past the Honor Guard and clutched the Emperor's suit.
"My Lord! The son of Jordantinople's Prime Minister has just been assassinated by Draconian troops!"
The Emperor whiped about as the room fell silent.
"The Grand Chancellor's son! Dead! This is an outrage, we must prepare to strike as soon as we may!"
The Honor Guard around Emperor Robert began to quickly close in as he turned to his host.
"King Tyler, we must return to the West where we will mobilize our airforce and armies. I have only one request to make, as this is a Civil War in The Rajou, I will to take the center in our push for to Titan."
He turned to Prince Alexander, and then to General Dawlin;
"Alexander, inform the good General of our plans, and take him to rendezvous with me at Cantelmium as quick as you may."
The Emperor made a line for the door as his aide whipped out her cellular and began to place several calls. Before he left the hall, only one phrase could be heard;
"Victory Bless Us All."
The General sat quietly at the table. This was very rare for him to do, and only when great things weighed on his mind was he so sedated.
When the Emperor's Aids were finished filing out of the room Dawlin stood up, moved towards the map and whispered...
"The Rivers of Draconia will run red with blood."
He turned, and walked towards his host, The King Carpi. "So Robert will lead the center push; I will have paratroopers mobilized to land over Titan's mine fields. I will leave for now."
He moves towards the door, and a Legionaire opens the door for him. The general takes his AR-15 back, throws it over his shoulder, turns to the king and says..
"Meet you at Titan."
He turns and leaves.
(OOC: Ok, so i gueese were going to war. Robert do you wanna start a war thread so Jordantinople can start his assualts. Good lucks guys!!! Meet you at Titan!!!!)
