Juche Resistance

0800 hours, Day One, remote airfield in the woodlands of Sayamula, not far away from the capital:
A small aircraft, lands on a remote airfield in the woodlands of Sayamula. Five 'squads' (consits of four revolutionaries plus a vanguard officer) of JRILAmen (Juche Resistance International Liberation Army) come out of the woods to meet the landing plain.
Out of the plain comes a platoon (20 soldiers, five vanguard officers) of the Wehrwulf Legion. The leading vanguard officer, Constantine Wulf, orders his men to unpack the ammunition.
"Men, our mission is simple, we must destroy the selected targets. We have 40 soldiers, 20 JRILA militia and 20 highly trained [Wehrwulf] Legionnaires, if this mission cannot fail. Now, unload our weapons"
"Yes sir," says second in command John Bahklan "UNLOAD THE PLANE MEN!"
The 40 revolutionaries proceed to unload the plane, in it they find 20 AK74s (for the JRILAmen) and 20 M16A2s (for the Legionnaires). They also find 15 grenades, 40 attachable rifle grenades, 2 bazookas (each with two rounds to launch), and a sniper rifle. There are three clips of ammo for each AK74 (30 rounds per clip), five clips for the M16A2s (each also containing 30 rounds, but less effective), and two clips for the sniper rifle (each clip contains 10 rounds).
The revolutionaries arm themselves, and prepare for battle. Commander Wulf unpacks the map of the local terrain, looks at it, then burns it. He orders the pilots to fly the plane back to the 'fatherland'.
"Men, follow me" says the commander. They walk 15 miles north-east towards a Saymulian army base, and lay an ambush trap for the enemy soldiers ten clicks outside of the base.
1100 hours, Day One, outside of enemy base:
An enemy collumn of 100 soldiers march out of the base. As soon as they reach the ambush point, the 40-man revolutionary team bursts out with firepower.
Fifteen grenades, 20 attachable rifle grenades, 10 rounds of sniper ammunition, and three rounds of bazooka ammo are used in the assault. The enemy collumn receives heavy casualties, 55 per cent (46 killed, four fatally wounded, and five with minor injuries), before the revolutionaries retreat. The revolutionaries only report three casualties (two minor injuries and one killed). The JRILAmen and Wehrwulf Legionnaires hike to a local road (carrying the two injured personnel and the one killed). They comandeer a few civilian cars and trucks (they kill the civilians), dress in civilian clothes, and ride towards the capital.
"Commander, do you think we'll succeed?" asks a local JRILA fighter.
"Son, most of us, if not all of us, are going to die," says Commander Wulf, "we're surrounded by the enemy, he is everywhere, that simplifies the problem."
There are some six cars and trucks transporting the revolutionaries. They reach the highway, and go towards the Sayamulian capital city. Ten miles before the capital, they make a right turn, and go another five miles, by then, police are interested as to what is happening.
Two police black-and-whites stop the odd caravan of cars. Four police officers step out of their patrol cars and head toward the cars. Two men get out of the cars.
"Lets get these SOBs" says Commander Wulf.
"Hands up! Hands up!" yells one of the police officers, Raymondo Blues, who was just about to retire this year.
In a burst of automatic fire, the police officers are killed. The caravan of cars proceed until they are close to a dam overlooking the Sayamulian capital city.
"This is nine-zero alpha, I think I have found the collumn of foreign mercenaries, permission to fire?"
"Yes, nine-zero alpha, you have permission to fire"
A helicopter rockets the first car, which contains the Second-in-Command and three JRILAmen. They all die in an perilous flames. The others come out of their cars, and open up fire. The helicopter tries to fight them back, three more revolutionaries are killed (one JRILAman and two Wehrwulf Legionnaires).
The remaining men regroup, radio the foco point, and head towards the dam. Fifteen JRILAmen (each carrying their own weapons and ammunition, and also explosive devises) arrive from the foco at the dam to meet the other revolutionaries. Police, Army, National Guard, and a few helicopters arrive at the scene, demanding the revolutionaries to give up and negotiate. The JRILA men set up explosives at a certain weak point in the dam, time them for 10 minutes, and get out of the dam with their guns blazing. All of the JRILAmen and the Wehrwulf Legionnaires, including Commander Wulf, are killed by .50 cal heavy-machine guns mounted on the helicopters within four minutes.
Two minutes later, when they're sure the revolutionaries are dead, the Sayamulian forces rush into the dam. They sweep the large dam complex in search of bombs and explosives, but they don't go fast enough.
At 1300 hours the lower edge of the dam blows up, and water starts gushing through. The soldiers quickly get out.
At 1340 hours the damn cracks and then breaks and water gushes through.
1400 hours, one-quarter of the capital is under water.

"Sir, we have found who may have done this," says the local Intelligence Officer to the President.
"Who was it."
"Just look at it, Mr. President" the officer, shows the President a patch ripped off of one of the dead Wehrwulf Legionnaires: it shows to golden hammers and one spear all crossing one another on a crimson background. It is the sign of the Juche Resistance Movement.
[b]0600 Hours, Day Two, City of Witoslaw (also known as the Fourth Rome), in the Dictatorship of Juche Resistance:
"Has it gone according to the plan?" asks General Secretary and Head of State, Aleksander Józef Witoslawski.
"Yes sir" says the Commissar of War, Zbigniew Yarczouk. "We have lost all of our forces, including the honorable Commander Wulf, but the dam has been destroyed."
"Good, now leave me alone."
"Yes sir," Yarczouk quickly leaves the room.
"HARE JUCHE, HARE JUCHE, JUCHE, JUCHE, HARE HARE" chants the General Secretary. Suddenly, the white figure of Commander Wulf appears. "I hear it has gone according to the plan, Commander."
"Yes sir."
"You are back in command of the Wehrwulf Legion as soon as your spiritual healing is complete" replies the General Secretary.
"Thank you, sir" the ghost of Commander Wulf replies.
"That will be all, you're dismissed."
