New modification of AK design - this time with balanced automatic gas driven engine. "Balanced" means that this system has 2 opposite moving gas pistons instead of one. main gas piston drives bolt carrier (via gas rod), secondary piston drives compensating mass (via its own rod) in direction, opposite to bolt carrier. This movement greatly reduced muzzle jump and increased accuracy in full-auto mode.

GP-30 Grenade Launcher
http://world.guns.ru/assault/ak-107.jpg
Caliber: 40mm
Overall length: 320 mm GP-25, 276mm GP-30

The barrel of single-shot launcher is rifled. Grenades are loaded from the muzzle and held in the barrel by a spring catch. Unfired grenades are extracted using a built-in push-out extractor, located at the left side if the weapon. The firing mechanism is of double-action type, with manual safety and several automated safeties, which blocks the firing if launcher is not properly installed on host rifle or grenade not completely loaded. On the GP-25, sights are mounted on the left side of the launcher, and had additional indirect fire scale for firing at longer ranges (up to 400 meters); on the GP-30, the indirect fire capability has been discarded, and sights were moved to the right side of weapon, making the aiming more comfortable. Each grenade launcher is issued with rubber recoil pad for host rifle, and a special return spring guide with receiver cover catch for use on early production Kalashnikov rifles.

Magazine Capacity: 15 rounds
Length: 151 mm
Weight unloaded: 50 g
Caliber: 9x18 PM
Type: Double Action semiautomatic
The pistol is a very useful sidearm that shouldn’t be underestimated. It performs just as well standing and kneeling as it does prone, it is accurate (especially when zoomed) and has a good rate of fire. Its relatively low damage requires five hits to the torso to kill a healthy person, but with practice five rounds can be put on target very quickly, and head shots are even more damaging. The ability to effectively engage targets out to long range is also useful, as is the large ammo load.
Cost: $150 per Pistol

The barrel has integral feeding ramp and can be easily removed from the frame and replaced by the barrel of another caliber. Disassembly lever is located within the trigger guard, ahead of the trigger. Return spring is located around the barrel, with additional polymer recoil buffer mounted within the slide, below the barrel. Ambidextrous slide mounted safety has three positions - down is for fire, medium is for safe, and up is for safe hammer decocking (safety will return into the middle position after decocking). With the safety applied the firing pin, the hammer and the slide are blocked; safety can be applied with the hammer either cocked or uncocked. Sights are of fixed type, on current production models frame has underbarrel rails for tactical light or laser pointer.

Bizon submachine guns are built on shortened AKS-74 receivers, made from stamped steel. It featured a simple blowback action, hammer fired from closed bolt. Feed is from "helical" magazines, made mostly of plastic and mounted under the barrel. Design of those cylindrically shaped magazines is loosely based on American Calico designs. Bizon is capable of semi-automatic and full automatic fire, with typical AK-type safety - selector lever at the right side of the receiver. Sturdy skeletonized buttstock is made from stamped steel and folds to the left side when not needed. Sights are similar to ones found on AKS-74U, with hooded front post and flip-up rear.

PKM
http://www.rusarm.ru/p_prod/army/im_army/pkm.jpg

Belts are used from 100-round boxes in LMG configurations, and from 200 or 250-round boxes in mounted applications. Feed is of two-stage type, that is, on the recoil strike of the bolt group special claw pulls the cartridge backwards and out of the belt; then, on closing strike of the bolt, cartridge is pushed into chamber. Barrel is quick detachable, and has a carrying handle. Gas system is fitted with three positions gas regulator valve. By default, PK/PKM guns are fitted with wooden skeleton buttstock and pistol grip with mechanical trigger. manual safety is fitted at the left side of the trigger, and behind it. Integral folding bipod is attached to the gas tube. When used in the mounted role, PK/PKM can be fitted to lightweight, folding tripod. Standard sights are of open type, with front sight fixed to the barrel and adjustable rear mounted on the receiver. Tank versions have no pistol grip, and an electrical trigger unit with back-up mechanical trigger. The barrel is longer and heavier, and there's no sights, as tank guns are usually mounted in coaxial positions and aimed using primary gun sights. For emergency purposes, PKMT machine guns are equipped with detachable bipod, shoulder stock and pistol grip, and can be used when dismounted from the tank.

RPG-7
http://www.bf-games.net/images/bf2/waffen/rpg.jpg
Caliber: 40 mm launcher; 40 and 70 - 105mm warheads (depending on the grenade model)
Type: recoilless launch + rocket booster
Overall length: 650 mm
Weight: 6.3 kg unloaded, with PGO-7 telescope sight
Effective range: 500 meters, depending on the grenade type
The RPG-7 is a shoulder fired, single-shot, smoothbore recoilless launcher. Grenades are loaded from the front, and the rear of the barrel is fitted with venturi nozzle. Because of the recoilless design, there is a dangerous backblast zone, more than 20 meters/60ft long. The antitank grenades are of combination type, using a charge of smokeless powder for RCL-type launch. Once grenade reaches safe distance from the shooter (about 10-20 meters), the built-in rocket booster engine ignites and further accelerates the grenade, greatly enhancing the effective range (up to 500+ meters for single warhead grenades, up to 200+ meters for much heavier tandem or FAE grenades). Because of increase in range, RPG-7 is usually issued with 2.7X fixed magnification optical sight, designated PGO-7. The sight has a range-finding scale for typical targets (tanks) with height of 2.7m/9ft, and windage adjustment scales. RPG-7 also fitted with backup iron sights. RPG-7 uses mechanical ignition system with manually cocked external hammer, and a single-action trigger. Because of this, grenade must be properly aligned with the firing mechanism upon loading.

Belt (same as in NSV) could be feed from both left and right sides. Barrel is quich changeable, and is built under the proprietary ZIDs technology that ensures axially symmetrical heating of the barrel during the fire and thus retaining good accuracy during sustained fire for longer amount of time (and ammo). This technology (probably) borrowed from GSh-23 aircraft guns, which also manufactured at ZID. According to some sources, accuracy of the Kord is some 1.5-2 times better, than NSV "Utes". "Kord" also equipped with muzzle brake/flash hider.
