The baltic union has stated that every citizen able to serve our great nations navy. They will be instated for a period of 2 years. This massing of the military forces will sumit in any actions the Baltic Union wishes to take, including the will to wage war on goverments the oppose our nation.
Soooo...... If your whole nation's able population is in the navy and therefore has their salary paid by your government ... How do you have any money to pay them with?
For that matter, how do you have an economy without a labour force?

This action applies only the men within the age ranges of 16-45. woman and families non-seviced citizens will make up our workforce. Also, we are begining a series of export/trading methods of stimulating our economy

it would be compulsitory during times of war, however they will be required to keep up to date with the latest trainings
