The letter stated that Sarokia will be declaring war and that Andaral either surrenders and forfeits its treasury or the nation will suffer a nuclear winter. After flying two reconassience planes over Sarokia's airspace, no signs of nuclear warheads were found. The nation of Andaral is on full alert.
