As many of you may or may not know, The Empire of Cantelmium, has recently established its supremacy and legitamicy as an Imperial Power after years of civil war against an anarchic democratic regime. The Emperor, in an effort to increase his popular support and to become known on the global stage, has decided to host an immense banquet in which foreign digniteries may meet with and discuss future partnerships with the Empire and with it's Rajou allies.

The Banquet is to be held either the evening of the 6th or 7th in which all guests are promised good entertainment, gifts and pleasant company.

His Majesty awaits your replies.

The Prince is easily pleased. He has no particular preference for food, and would prefer to take in the atmosphere of your culture. Edward is an esquisite equestrian and fox hunter, which if part of your culture, he would be honored to be able to hunt with the Emperor.

His staff consists of 5 advisors, and 5 guards. His 5 staff members include a press secretary, a chief of staff, a writer, a translator, and a valet. While his guards are members of Newtdom's Special Imperial Guard.

The only other dignitary that will be attending will be James, Marquis Hollistein, 2nd Lord of the Foreign Ministry. He will be considered a member of Edward's entorauge.

Our only request for arrangements would be enough room for the 12 men to have adequate space for official matters. Although, we certainly do not ask you and your nation to go out of its way for the Prince. It is your nation's day, and ask for not special treatment.
Sincerely,
Lawrence, Duke Hollistein

The Following Statement has been joint-issued by the Cantelmian Buereaus of Foreign and Civil affairs.

We appreciate the attendence of both our strong ally Morgiland and the Empire of Newtdom. His Majesty hopes to see you both there and will accomedate your needs accordingly.

Festivities will begin, it appears, on the 7th, not the 6th so as not to conflict with the Annual Games held at our Coliseum. All guests are welcomed to attend them in a non-official capacity, (only because preperations cannot be made to accomedate you in a "Heads of State" capacity at our National Games, please accept our apology).

Also, we are coordinating an after celebration meeting for all heads of state who wish to discuss more serious plans for the future.

We hope to see you all in attendence.
Victory Bless and Keep You.
