im new and i wanted to become a un member or /e but i didt no how.so i decid to create my own region. but after tht i dont no y im not like the leader or w/e.i also whant to no ho 2 invade other regions:mp5: :sniper:

First off, this is not AIM or some video game. Here in NS, players tend to look down upon those who do not use proper english, and most likely do not take them seriously. Same for smilies. Those are normally a no-no, espacially the ones with guns.
Secondly, go to nationstates.net and log in, then click UN. Apply to join, you should recieve a e-mail within a few hours of applying. Once you've done this, I'll walk you through the basics of RPing.
