We, in light of this event, have nominated to start building re-usable underseas wave power plants. Osmosis Generators have been placed, wave power generators have been built onto the ends of major overwater piers, and solar energy from space will be stopped due to a hi-jacking from rebels.
We need fuel fast. If anyone can supply us with at least a years worth of fuel, we would be more than willing to pay them 1,000,000,000,000 units, exchange embassies, and allow their people to visit our nation.

1. The total nuclear fuel consumption by every colony is 38,000 tons a year, all together.
2. A band of optischerian rebels escaped into space and are threatening to blow our solar ower supplier up if we don't supply them with weapons.
3. We would never use Nuclear fuel for WMD's. Too polluting. We only use Fast reactor power plants, and that should mean that 38,000 tons of your finest plutonium, or uranium, will last us for 6 years.

The Republic of Khodros will gladly supply you with the requisite fuel in the form of highly enriched Uranium. We have been using supply submarines for the construction of our own underwater communities, and so have enough delivery craft on hand to provide immediate aid.

On the issue of price, in light of the desperate plight of your undersea colonies our government is willing to waive the exchange rate to expedite the sale. This means we will sell you the fuel at one sixth our market price. (just do us a favor and don't tell the Khodrozi Central Bank!)

The price therefore stands at 1,800 units/ton Uranium, or 68.4 million units for 38,000 tons.

We are capable of shipping 2,500 tons per week directly to the colonies, or surface cargo ships could supply your ports with all 38,000 tons within a week, whichever option best suits your needs. An emergency shipment is already being loaded and will be on its way within hours.
