To all fellow nations of the world,
On behalf of the denizens of the Empire of Atruria, and of His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Charles III, I would like to greet the international community. The Empire of Atruria is an extremely old nation of the world. However, due to the isolationist policy that the former Atrurian regimes have followed, the Empire is little-known. Several weeks into Emperor Charles’ ascension to the throne, he has radically changed Atruria’s isolationist outlook. He has begun a new era for the Atrurian people, an era of friendship, learning, and trade with foreign nations. Now, the Empire of Atruria is seeking embassy exchange, mutual recognition, diplomatic relations, and the like, with other nations.
