"At 0300 Victonian time, our citizens were attacked", states Prime Minister Thompson. "There was a great flash, and the nuclear bomb exploded in Venicela, our largest city. Over 30,000 were killed. If, or shall I say, when we find out who the cowards were who attacked us, we will send our 30 million man Army against them. Be prepared for the worst, cowards".
Parliament Building, 1000 hours
"Our people want a war against our enemies, but we don't know who they are. There was no flag or any name on the nuclear bomb that attacked Venicela, so we no nothing about our enemies. The Parliament of Victonia has already voted on war, with a vote of 3,879 to 1,029" states the Minister of Defense, Robert Manning. "War is inevitable, so whoever attacked the free world, STEP UP. It's cowards like you who cost lives. If you wanted the opening attack, let us strike back. Our systems were corrupted, but once they are repaired, we WILL find out who you are. Come now, proclaim who you are and let this war get started!".
NOTE: The first nation that wants to step up and proclaim responsibility for this attack, Victonia will be at war with them. Anyone else who wants to enter can be on our side or the enemies, or you can help both. NO GODMODDING. WMDs are allowed, but whichever nation whom was attacked by the WMD get's to decide which city was attacked and how many fatalities there were (more than 400, obviously).
