"Members of the international community, I come to you today as the leader of a newly formed nation, the Federation of Agronian States. We, a nation forged of bonds as deep and as integral as the soil of this earth, seek diplomatic recognition of varying degrees, especially in the hope that we may find nations that may, at one point, become our friends and our allies. We hope to establish ourselves in the future as a strong and powerful nation, but first we must grow and find friends within this vast architecture of diverse nations. But first we must take that step, or that giant leap, into this international community of so many nations and leaders. We can only hope that the Federation of Agronian States becomes the nation it, and I, hope to achieve, and of which the world demands of us to survive.

His Satanic Majesty Mad Emperor Dave (that's me) recognise full blah blah blah... welcome to Paranioa Central kid. We might have space for an embassy in the front garden. I'll just ask the Foriegn Minister. One Moment.

He says "Please don't eat me." I think that's a yes, though Nanny says it might be better if we put you in embassy row, so that's what we're going to do. I'd invite you for lunch, but there's this UN sanction saying I can't. Jerks.

The Grand Duchy of Pulcifer does hereby proclaim the full sovierignty of the Federated States of Agronia and acord Waylan Starr, self styled President, the legal recognition of de facto and de jure rulership of afore mentioned nation.
