Green Sun

It was a cloudy, dreary day over Green Sun City, but a busy one in the marketplace. People were everywhere, spending CorpPoints to buy their everyday things from gasoline to food. UziCorp was a huge monopoly and had businesses in every free market nation. UziCorp basically was the nation's economy. Taxes had been raised so high within the last decade that they couldn't afford to use money to buy anything, so UziCorp decided to create CorpPoints for people to spend as currency. CorpPoints had a cash value and was non-taxable in Green Sun, so it ended up perfectly for the people and UziCorp.
UziCorp started as an Information and Technology company, but had grown so vast that it expanded into every single business field that existed. It functioned as an economy within itself, having multiple businesses in the same field that competed and bought each other, but no single person could own 2 or more companies to prevent true monopolization.
But not all was well in the Market today. A group of twenty men and women, all members of the Socialist party, were in the marketplace armed with megaphones, Molotov’s, and guns. They weren't always radicals. They used to be open-minded everyday people, but still believed in a command economy, but accepted Green Sun's free market economy. But since the Willink communists began their power struggle, the Willink fighters have been sending out letters to Socialist and Communist party members in Green Sun, which convinced these men and women to take radical steps toward Communism in Green Sun.
The first step was delaying the Third Fleet. Many people in the military were Socialists, so it was easy to reach them. In fact, the reserve military was the Socialist Front. But the Socialist Front was too loyal to the Royal Family to take such steps unless the Royal Family wanted green Sun to become a Communist government, so the people would have to do it themselves.
The economy was weakening, and so the people's trust in the government was, too. One loud speech would convince the people in the Market to riot. They stood up on tables and shouted about how the Government is doing nothing to improve our lives and that UziCorp's monopoly was just absorbing their lives completely, giving them no control over the Economy. The shouted about change, by destroying UziCorp and using the 100% tax rate to turn Green Sun into a command economy that would serve them all.
The speech was working. They had the people's attention and their support. Now all they needed to do was to anger them. They intensified their talk of how UziCorp was starting to control them with CorpPoints, when they should use the resources to evenly distribute amongst the people. They spoke of how if not stopped, UziCorp would eventually engulf the government, as well. They told the mob that the only way to stop them was to destroy them; otherwise their voices would be crushed by the Green Sun military.
The authorities stepped in at this point. Public speech wasn't illegal, but it needed to be regulated. Public speech was either preannounces or the police had to be there for the protection of the speakers and listeners, but when these people talked of revolt, they needed to be split up before things turned violent. Petition for change was possible through all three governments or by electing their own people. Elections could be held by a popular vote throughout Green Sun, so changing the government through peaceful manners was quite easy, but violent revolutionaries had to be silenced, or they would tear Green Sun apart again.
But the arrival of the Police only sparked them, despite the police's polite and careful ask for the people to step down and leave. The mob immediately attacked the police and killed most of them within a matter of minutes. The businesses were wrecked and the people soon received materials to cause more damage. They began to level businesses and fight off police. A riot had sprung up. And it would soon reach the ears of the Military.
The leaders of the new movement hoped that their message would get to the Socialist Front, too.
