The small nation of Guatellirici, is in a state of civil war. Unrest, murder, and unchecked crime run rampant throughout the nation. With a population of 16,211,000 about 60% of which are faced with a lack of modern needs. Medical supplies, food and other basic neccescities are in short supply. Guatellirici, does not have any sort of organized goverment, but 4 determined factions. Chief Dictator Myushutie, rules with an iron fist, rejecting foreign aid. 34% of Guatellirici's citizens live within his territores. It compulsary para-millitary force of 340,000 rules over the population ruthlessly. New Ausha, has dispatched the 73rd expeditionary core of 43,000 men has been dispatched to Guatellirici, on Mr. Myushutie's borders. We threaten to attack, if Mr. Myushutie does not conceed his agreessions toward his rival faction, the Flitel faction. New Ausha has air support, artillery, armor and infantry ready to go, as well as a naval force to blockade the harbors (as if it makes much difference) Mr. myushutie has declared war on the soverign nation of New Ausha, and threatens biological attacks.

Yesterday, a New Aushan library, came under siege, by a group that later reveald themselves as supporters of Myushutie, killing 17 civilians, and 4 police officers. 5 rebels were killed, 2 commited suicide, and 7 are in captivity. These attrocities have forced New Ausha to war.

Any nations wishing to participate, and support the 73rd expeditionary New Aushan force are welcome, and humanitarian aid, to the rest of Guatellirici, is appriciated. Any nation is abel to join.

As a reward for participation, nations will be rewarded islands off the coast of Guatellirici, which will be distributed accordingly.
