I had started an Earth IX thread earlier, but it fell into the NationStates Forum Archives.

So I am here to restart it!

Anyway, in this large project, I need more people to be moderator positions, I also need members. So if you're interested, please post (even if you're interested in the idea!)

Moderator Positions -

Head Moderator - Rolatia (Also Co-Admin)
War Moderator - Spizania
Economic Moderator -
Technology Moderator - Ftang
Recruitment Moderator - Philanchez

What I need -

-A Board (in process of being completed)
-Members
-Popularity (how else will an Earth go sucessful? :confused:)

So please volunteer!

I volunteer.
I'm a creator of Earth VII and a co-admin at Earth 13. I can help by being the head moderator and claims moderator. If i get appointed co-admin I can also help by finding good skins (check out the skin on the E13 boards!), setting up member groups and generally that sort of stuff - with two boards created and one co-admined I can do quite well

Interesting! You're in. You are also Co-Admin and Head Moderator (which deals with updating maps, claims and moderating all the boards).

Bump! Come on people, if Earth IX went successful (Insh'Allah, hopefully) and you decided to volunteer, but didn't, and someone else took the position you decided to volunteer for, you would regret it, no?

So give it a chance and volunteer for a Moderator Position!!

why don't you set time periods with victory conditions e.g.

Rise of Rome-players seek to form the most powerful empire by a certain period the winner will start the middle ages as a superpower (like Byzantine was)

WWII-players of Axis or Allies either try to defeat there enemy's to win and/or all players try to build the first nuke the winner will start the Cold war as a world leader

Well, normally, to allow much freedom on Earth IX, there are no winning conditions, but thanks for the idea =)

I can't see what an economic moderator would do as military numbers would come under war moderator

Economic moderator describes economic positions and infrastructure positions of nations -- they are very helpful and needed if doing past time-periods to role-play on.

Nevermind, Economic Position was reserved earlier by someone on AIM. =/
