In order to safeguard the citizens of the world, the police forces of Afterdark request unrestricted access within the borders of Krendakov in order to seek out and arrest the known criminal Andre Mallios for forgery of official documents, bribery of government officials, possession of illegal weapons, sale of prohibited substances, murder, conspiracy to murder, political conspiracy, inciting citizens to defy the government, and many more. The evidence has been gathered and he has been convicted in his absence and sentenced to be executed. Police squadrons are ready to move in as soon as permission has been granted, as we are sure it will.

It would appear that this criminal is clearly a danger to the people of the world. However, the sentence that he has received is harsh. The police force in Krendakov shall apprehend this criminal and arrest him. He will then receive re-education from the Krendian authorities. The Republic of Krendakov cannot allow criminals to be dealt with in such a way and will do all in its power to protect this man's life.

We will punish this criminal with or without your assistance and permission. His continued freedom puts many nations at risk. He cannot be re-educated and is beyond redemption. We urge you to reconsider before we are forced to take action that would lead to conflict.

It has become obvious to us that Krendakov has neither the desire nor the ability to aprehend and punish this criminal. Thus, as of 18:00 GMT today, armed police units will mov in pursuit of convicted criminal Andre Mallios and his entourage. We assure the government of Krendakov that upon the completion of their mission they will immediately and completely withdraw. At all times they will attempt to avoid major population areas and we will not accept Krendakovian cassualties but the enforcement of law must always be carried out to the fullest possible extent.

Ald Rhun condemns Afterdark's bully-boy tactics, and will lend our security forces to protect Mr. Mallios. Any intrusion on Krendakovian territory will be considered an act of war, and appropriate measures will be taken by the Rhunate government.
