We do commend your increase in the production weapons. The United Nations has been demanding its member states, and those who are otherwise observant to United Nations policies to decrease their nuclear arsenals. This however, will certainly lead to a significant decrease in the level of national security in the face of an incredible number of rogue state.
We have never complied with any disarmament legislation proposed by the United Nations, and are pleased at your decision to discontinue disarmament. We are, however, unsure as to whether disarmament has be legislated by the United Nations.

His Imperial and Royal Majesty, David IV, by the grace of God Emperor of Yiddisherland; King of Israel, Jerusalem, Judah, Egypt, Jordan, Archduke of Yiddisherland; Duke of Haifa, Gaza, Golan, Damascus; Grand Duke of Kraków; Prince of Sinai; Margrave of Moravia and Lower Silesia.

Certain of His Imperial Majesty's Government are curious as to whether your government would be interested in engaging in a frank exchange of views and concerns about the world at large at some stage in the near future.
