Message to: World technocratic nations

We have watched are fellow technocracies stand alone against the torrent of barbarians too long it is time we protect are interests and beliefs by banding together for peace and prosperity only then can we be great only as one can we create a better tomorrow only as Brothers can have a tomorrow.

The pact will involve:


mutual protection: to protect us from the barbarian scourge that seeks to ravage are lands with there uncivilized ways

respect of fellow members sovereignty and borders: united we stand divided we fall

respect of each others customs and government: all paths lead to one

support in times of need: we must help our brothers when they are down and we will expect the same


requirements:

All nations must of a technocratic government



possible treaties for members:


Free Trade: taxing those we help us is ludicrous

Technological sharing: We need not keep secrets from fellow members

open immigration/emigration: We have no reason to deny are allies citizens from moving

I just wondered if you owned the game Call to power. That is where I met the concept of Technocracy. And I strive to make the world a technocratic civilisation.
