Can anyone advise where I may go to purchase some military hardware (heavy stuff, tanks, jets, etc) for my nation state? Can't seem to find the forum where this is prevelant.

RP is done in the RP forums - Nationstates and International Incidents.

The latter is the one where you will find the various storefronts selling things.

Also, read the stickies in those forums - they answer most of your questions. And I understand that the mods (and most General forum posters) prefer you post questions about RP things in either those forums or in the Moderation forum.
