Sorry if this is in the wrong section but - How do Earth's go successful? I tried compiling Earth's in the past, but they never lasted even two days.
Any tips?
Please help.
Don't make any earths at all. I'm going to burn in hell for starting them.

Offer something unique yet simple. Ones with good ideas usually are the successful ones.

Trust Chellis, Earths are bad, they promote cliquishness and limit the number of people you can interact with.
Don't bother making an earth. They're usually not successful.

As the creator of Earth VII, I can say this - you need a good organization (maps, claims listing, alliance listing, etc.), a few good and active RPers, to be open to RPer's suggestions and a hell of a lot of patience. Earth VII took a while to get off the ground but now it's going decently. Something different from other Earths helps (Earth II is probably the benchmark for me) - for example, MT AND PMT allowed plus a history forums are the most 'unique' parts about VII

Ohh, it is. I'm just lucky I have teh horde on my side.
But really, Its hard to say I started it... I made the first earth, which wasn't really an earth in the modern sense... but it started the series nonetheless.
