Following the Earth's where there is too much cluttering, OOC chat, and Earth's where nations have been claimed to an extent where only third world countries are left -- I have decided to make a new Earth (but firstly, I hope there is no Earth IX. I checked the thread by Euroslavia and the last Earth with a numerical number at the end of it was Earth 8, but if I'm wrong, please correct me.)

Anyway, to launch this new project, I will need around five moderator's. The positions I need are -

1.) Head Moderator
2.) Economic Moderator
3.) Technology Moderator - Ftang
4.) War Moderator
5.) Recruitment Moderator - Philanchez

I also need members to join, so if your interested in being a moderator, or even in joining the Board, please post!

I still have to make the Board, but I can make it in a few minutes time.

The things I need to do -

1.) Make a board (Not too long to take)
-Make Rules
-Make Maps
2.) Find moderators
3.) Need members (40 or so for a fun and lively Earth)

This Earth will be based on modern-technology (2010-2017) and people may claim numerous lands based on their populations (you use your NationStates nation).

The Administrator = Me (My name is going to be The Genius Masterminds however).

what would the recruitment mod do?

Well, the Recruitment Moderator has a tough job. He/she would advertise on permitted areas to attract more members to the Earth so the Earth has a secure place of livelihood.

I may be interested in this. Maybe as a war moderator.

Ill be Recruitment Mod. Also I will take Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Gibraltar, Morrocco, Western Sahara, and Algeria. I believe 1.065 billion should fit in there. And if I can have more Ill take Mauritania.

EDIT: The name of this collection of nations will be the Spanish Empire. Oh and the pop is from my other nation Cumany.

I think if you created the board then we could get a lot more interest. If you want I can make the board and skin it if you just give me some specifications. If so then post the specifications and Ill make the board tommorrow after school. So say about 4-5 PM EST?

I'd be interested in being a head moderator. I have much experience - I set up and are still running Earth VII, probably at current the most lively Earth behind E2 (I don't like that one anyway *coughnotwoearthrulecough*)

Also what could help is allowing claims now and once everybody has claimed and such then we can begin. Say after 15-20 claimants? We will also need a system for claiming. I am personally a fan of the '1,000 square miles per million' rule. At least I think thats it...maybe it was larger...im not sure...

I like that rule but it discourages sign-ups in my experience (I had that originally). I give you permission to use my Earth VII sign-up system if you want to. I could be duel Head Mod/Map Mod if you want (my experience is creator/head mod/map mod/everything else mod in Earth VII and now map mod in Earth 13)

I would like to claim Germany, Italy, France and Poland. And my empire is called "European Empire".
