Today, leading dirigible and recreational submersible engineers from around the world were assembled in Tahar Joblis. Long a leader in both these fields, it may soon become the center of the new combined field of submersible dirigibles.
Although still in the initial planning phase with little work done thus far, the convention is intended to stir up interest, funding, and help assemble engineering teams to develop and test prototype models. Considered particularly important is reusability of concept - that is, proposed designs must be capable of submerging and launching many times with little part replacement.
Room and board will be provided most serious attendees.
