Confirmed. That'll be $20 billion for the 8,000 tanks. They'll arrive very quickly.

Now, only 5,500 tanks remain. Remember, first come, first serve!

[OOC: What's that compound made of? I have a few troubles believing you can reach 2,600mm. Chobham has a RHAe ratio of 2.5:1, while cermet 2:1. You're basically claiming a ratio of 7:1, which is highly unbelievable. I don't mean to fill your thread with this type of stuff, but it's just something that if I was to meet in battle I would simply ignore. For those armoured ratings, even if possible, your weight is too low and your price is way too low.]

OOC I'm using a armor compound made by North Germania called R-16, and it consists of titanium, tungsten, steel, composite materials and rubber formed into a compound using classified methods, or so I'm told. If you want a more in-depth explenation, I suggest you contact North Germania, who made it. I hope that answers your question.

Message to Cotlandish Leaders, from Admiral Antonio Marique

My new colony, named Mattian Province, requires a good fieldable tank to be used in vast open plains and that is quite inexpencive and easy to maintain. This seems to be the very piece I am looking for, and since it has been used, I know it won't fall apart from factory faults.

How does 2,300 to be purchased at 575,000,000 USD sound?

[OOC: In terms of effectiveness, the make-up of R-16 is inherently inferior to that of chobham, whether British or American, so the RHAe ratings are greatly exagerated. If you want I can TG you a list of ratings and armour that I made on the NS Draftroom.]
