The USSR is opens or foreign relations with other nations of the world, in the hopes of expanding our friendship. We welcome any trade offers or allainces with other nations in the hopes of creating new relations.

What is your current military/economic stance with Hattia

IF we find you satisfactory to share embassies.. you will be the first nation we have an embassy with and you will also have the privilidge of constructing the first foreign embassy on Exetonian soil...

Same questions I'd like to ask as Ex. except in reguards of My Nation.

But you wouldn't be the first to have an embassy..I have ties with most of Tibet, China, but the last of my USSR decedants died.

Soviet Unions. We are now seriously considering an embassy exchange with you. However, if you wish to go through our sepperate channels to gain and econmic and/or military alliance, we will need to know your official stanc due to actions Exetonia may be becoming involved in at the moment..

Economically I'm quite strong, I have a $36 Trillion GDP (But it's stagmenting slightly because Arctic is having an economic slowdown after everyone escaped the third world and became [nearly] as rich as I have), and a $27,600 GDPPC. (all of this comes from NSEconomy)

I dedicate most of my budget to Welfare, Commerce, Education, Healthcare, and Defence in that order. I'm centrallist because of my 100% tax rate, but welfare makes up for the fact There is technically no "disposable income".

I'd like to know the economic position of yourself.
