This is the first time I've decided to announce anything like this outside of the Arctic. Read anyway.
Prussiatopia, when ruled by the last emperor Chris Gillon of the Zimbergia-Force party, had managed to conqour a bunch of nations with reasonably high populations, and economies normally supereor to his (but those who were also defenceless), and had made a region called "Prussiatopian Empire", which was connected to the Arctic. Prussiatopian Empire had an area of about 13.7 Million kilometers (Prussiatopia today has 1/4th this amount). The Prussiatopian Empire was then handed to Mark Wung, who'd been a victim of the Chris Gillon sovietism in a Concentration Camp. He betrayed his party be "modernising" Prussiatopia, changing it into a less centralist economy with more freedoms and less control over other nations in the Empire. Prussiatopian Empire has collapsed today, in a move Mark Wung calls the "Wung Revolution". 7 New republics have spawned as a product of the once mightily-Sovietist Empire. A Day of Silence was observed in Prussiatopia. All 7 Nations were given to a new government. The next step in modernisation is to get the tax rate under 90% while trying to maintain the high intraregional surplus. Also, keeping GDPPC high is also a key task.
