I am new to this game and would like some help. What do all things like occ etc. And how do you do all the helping in war or peace keeping? How do you know what your army has and the money to but tanks and stuff. Were does that come from?

A few things:
1) This is the wrong forum.
2) ...er...I thought "a few things" would sound good...

As for those you have listed:
- OOC = Out of Character, IC = In Character
- War, Peace, Money, Weapons, Etc = All from your imagination. Though, this is a mob-rule mentality. Remember, if people think you're too powerful or being unrealistic (IE: Godmodding) then they won't RP with you and it won't mater what you do.

ooc: means out of character, you use it when you want to speak as yourself, not someone from your nation.
Ic: is just the opposite
OT: is off topic
FT is future tech (lasers and spaceships)
MT is modern tech (what we have today)
PT is primitive or past tech (what they had long ago)
Your nation's page has a box called 'economy', that says about what your GDP is (not in a number) this affects your nation's spending money for tanks etc.
Your population also affects this.
It is best if you take a look at the stickied threads at the top of this forum page before entering any RPs.
