Visara Co. Puts Stocks up for Sale (EII)

Visara Co. CEO Wilhelm Kaufmann has announced he will sell approximatelly 5% of his company in the form of preffered stocks to any potential shareholders. This is an extremely unexpected move. Visara Corporation, the state-wide monopoly within Bjornoya has little tolerance for divying up its vast wealth.

Wilhelm Kaufmann has decided to sell 30,000 shares for 3 trillion dollars (100 million dollars/share) that will account for 5% partial ownership of Visara Co. Since these are preffered stocks, the shareholders will have no say in the inner operations of Visara. However, the huge amounts of money to be made in hearty dividends and the promise of increased value within the stocks should lead many to purchase fast and quick.

OOC: Here's how it works, Visara is responsible for 50% of my nations' capital. Therefore, I will make the growth of each stock proportional to my nation's growth in GNP. Right now, total GNP is $6,363,642,941,632. Let's say in in a week my nation's GNP is $7,635,600,000,000: that is a 20% increase, so your stock will be worth 20% more than what you paid for today. So if you bought one share for 10 million dollars, you could sell it then for 12 million dollars. You can sell the shares back to Visara or to law-abiding citizens. (although Wilhelm will personally decide wither or not he will allow the original shares to be sold to whomever is interested) And FFS there's more to running a country then the god-damned military; I encourage others to set up their own stock exchanges as well.

I am glad our good friends in Hawdawg have chosen to invest in my corporation. I will be happy to sell these 15,000 shares to your nation. We will be sending bi-annual dividends on each share of $1,000,(for you 15M$/6 months) a humble gift to our investors so that they may buy a luxury resort or two for their families'. Whenever you wish to sell your shares, you may sell it back to us or individuals who may legally own such shares within your nation. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.
