It has come to the attention of the Buechorian government that a small piece of our territory, 'Terry Island', has become an interest of yours. As we find this island to be of little worth, the Buechorian government hereby relenquishes all ownership of Terry Island. Attached are the documents and certificates pertaining to the transfer of the island into your hands.
