Communique to the Head of State of the Empire of Ugoria

After considering your recent inquiries to the Dersconi government, the Czar has expressed his wish to open up channels of communication between our two nations, and to do this through an embassy exchange.

The Czar hopes that you will accept this offer, and it will lead to further friendly relations.

Of course, this would have to be a miracle to my people, seming how they keep on having something to complain about me... :rolleyes: , anyways, I do accept this offer and I shall be sending my miltary on close regard to the borders of my Empire, so they know how to react, should some of your's be moved into my territory, and don't worry, they wont attack unless ordered or given reason to.

Thank you for accepting the offer, we are currently finding a good lot in the International City for the Ugorian Embassy.

Also, do as you wish with your military -- it does not concern us (unless you attack, of course!). Seeing as we are not even on the same continent, nevertheless do not share a border, your internal positioning of your military is not our concern, and we will not interfere.

As soon as you pick a lot for our embassy, we will send over materials and builders to construct it, and as soon as we find a good lot for yours, you may construct yours in the International City, unless you want us to build one for you.

Haha, oh, we have a perfect area, we have cancelled construction of another building to provide you with one of the biggest lots in Ugoria, so, build whatever you need in it! Yes, I will send over some builders and workers, as well as some protection to them, when they are there and ready. So, just let me know, and I will most certainly be happy to oblige.

Protection is not necessary, you will be fine in Derscon. Plus there are no armed foreigners allowed in Derscon, government or not. Other than that, we will be able to accomidate your workers within the next month or so.

I don't think you are quite getting it -- no foreigners, no matter what their status, are allowed to bring firearms into the nation of Derscon. Period. If there was an exception for you, there'd have to be one for everyone. Besides, no armed personnel other than Dersconi security forces are allowed into the International City, so you should have no problems whatsoever.

Well, I get the point, I'm just used to sending my people with some sort of protection with them at all times... So, if you say so, then I will not do so, but I warn you, you will regret it if any harm comes to them. I don't make threats, I make promises, and do not think I'm trying to be rude, because I am not, I am simply ratifying and declaring that they should be supervised by your security forces at all times. At least consider it, because, my population is still growing, and if my people come under and to any harm, my people will not want to continue to expand our Empire and explore new areas. So, the future f my Empire and my people, is basically in your Nations hands...
