hello, today i come to you in a time of need for my country. My country is lacking a fleet leader type ship. What i mean by this is that, quite frankly, we are a small empire indeed. we have 2 Destroyers already with 9 more on the way. You see, my empire has all this money and none to spend it on. After the raid of the Northern Clavs and the stealing of their riches, i need to spend my riches . Which brings me here asking for the type of ship that will inspire awe in my sailors. So, if anyone has a destroyer ship with the fire power to be my premier ship, i am offering as much as 2.4 billion for it USD. as you can see, im not joking. so, please contact me if you have one.

as you can see it is small, unless your Destroyers are very small lightly armed and from the 1880s i do not see how you can have 2 and have 9 being built a modern Destroyer today costs 1.4 billion(ish)

OOC: This post should have been specified as Out of Character. This is a problem that always annoys me. The use of calculators in RPs is very limited and this case totally irrelivant. For instance, this budget surplus is as a result of war profits in an RP and could not possibly be included in the calculator. Your point is moot

OOC: I'm gonna totally have to agree with Rotovia on that, I looked at mine and it said I have nothing in the defense budget, which for any country is of course impossible. It seems useful in the point that it can tell you how much money you have to spend, but I can't see any usefull-ness after that. Now if they added interface that allowed you to edit it it would be extremly useful.

OOC: I don't have a problem with it. The 5m rule is to stop GodModding. In this case the RPer has enter with a great deal of restraint and is attempting to establish legacy for future larger and more important roleplays. I see no reason to apply it here.

Also, (s)he has state the other nine(9) are under construction. If (s)he follows the rules these will be completed in a couple RL months (a couple NS years) and will ergo not be an issue.
