Today the UCTCR stands with giants. Spurred by a government grant, the Prastrantsva Soyuz firm has been granted all state resources regarding trans-atmospheric and orbital operations. The military still controls all launches in the territories, but the newly created Prastrantsva Soyuz Construction and Technology Firm has its own shuttles and facilities. CEO Antonov Karolovich Tarschinkov had this to say during a press conference:
"Hello, ladies and gentleman. Today is a fantastic day for the future of the territories' ventures into sapce. The Prastrantsva Soyuz Construction and Technology Firm has been given an extraordinary opportunity to make our mark in the final frontier. I would first like to give a rundown of our experience in the orbital and trans-atmospheric industry:
-Three years ago we began designing theoretical concepts for permanent space stations to be inhabited near constantly. These space stations, of course, were radical and unheard of. We had to design special construction methods and the technology to achieve what we just couldn't make work with our existing technology. Our research in this sector has designed several pieces of construction equipment, tools, and suits for the building of orbital platforms.
-Last year our technicians began experiment with different types of shuttle craft designed to ferry persons to and from the space stations trans-atmospherically, while landing at an effective velocity of zero. We began work experimenting with VTOL systems and different heat-dispersion systems. We are showing very promising work.
This experience will allow our firm to dominate in space in years to come.

The government of the People has also granted the Prastrantsva Soyuz Construction and Technology Firm an unlimited budget for our managing of Proyekt Einherjar. That is all.
