Cold War Earth, take 2!

Okay, for all of whom have RPed in the Cold War Earth forums, you're all well aware of what CCCP's been doing and I don't think it'll survive if he's admin, but I'm going to be completely honest:
I had fun.
I was having a ball RP in Cold War Earth, and I don't want to see it die. USA and Japan have set fire to the forums to prove me right: Without the support of the people, a government is doomed to fail.
So, to continue on with the RPs, I propose that we make a new Cold War Earth forum with a better moderating system. I will begin it as the USA and pick my moderators as I see fit or as the RPers choose. I will need temporary admins to help with the cosmetics.
Who's with me?
Edit:That was a nasty comment that I shouldn't have put in. My apologies.

Forums are set up. Everyone is welcome to join.
If you wish to be a moderator, I will allow 3 initially plus anyone willing to help with the skins. One of those admins may stay as an admin.
To become a moderator-You must be nominated, but not by yourself and then other members will vote.
Changing the rules-In order to change any rule, at least 3 people must agree to start a poll. Polls will last for 3 days max. If it passes, the Admins will change the rule. There may or may not be 'locked' rules that cannot be changed. General forum rules apply and are always locked.
You may also state your opinion about anyone in a designated area. This designated area will be strictly moderated and the person being accused may not apply unless a Mod or Admin says otherwise.
Also-Should I absolutely lose my mind, please tell me to calm down. If I fail to do so, I advice that you not poke me in any way until I am calmed down.

This is known as Operation El Dorado:
Leningrad, USSCR
0445 Local Time
Government Ports 1-18
The sun was just rising here, spreading an orange light across government ports one through eighteen in the city of Leningrad. The city was just awakening, however, the ports had been active all night under the bright halogen field lights that rimmed each one. Rigorous work had started, loading vessels of every shape, size, and type, including modified oil tankers, barges, military supply ships, heavy freighters, and larger private-sector ships. Each was being loaded to her full capacity as thousands of Communist Rule personnel and soldiers monitored the area. USSCR ships were anchored off shore by the dozens and at any given moment, nearly thirty combat aircraft were airborne in and around the port.
Container Forklift operator Sergei Andropov clenched his teeth as his giant diesel engine shuttered in protest as it lifted a container, a container much like the countless thousands he's lifted tonight. His digital readouts showed incredible weight in each container. He maneuvered his giant forklift until he was underneath a loading crane. Dodging other such forklifts, he deposited his cargo and began to move back to his stack. He kicked open his door and yelled to his comrade who was directing his 'forks' to the cargo containers, "Hey! My engines almost burnt out! What the fuck do they have us loading?"
The man in the hardhat squinted in the floodlights until he saw who was yelling at him, "Hell, they didn't tell me. Whatever the case we're being paid overtime."
"Damn, my cigarettes are gone. You got a pack?"
"No, maybe you'd like to go and ask those guys?" Jerking a thumb over his shoulder, the man was indicating a group of soldiers striding over. One soldier stepped forward, his rank that of a Lieutenant, "NO CHATTERING! GET BACK TO WORK, BOTH OF YOU."
Sergei grumbled, his nicotine cravings were kicking in high gear now. He sighed and turned around, pulling himself up into the seat of the massive forklift, slamming the door shut behind him. He gave the soldiers the middle finger as he put the vehicle in gear. Their response? Each one patted their assault rifles' receivers, giving a sly grin to the driver. He muttered and continued with the tedious work until his forklift jolted, its diesel engine's crankshaft coming loose, tearing out the oil pan and dropping to the ground, rendering the lift useless... Luckily, he was within range of the loading crane, which took the crate and deposited it on whatever vessel it was to be forwarded to.
He climbed out of the vehicle and stood there, on the tarmac as he gazed out across the open waters. It was something he hadn't noticed before due to the dark of night... His jaw dropped as he noticed the ships. Twenty, maybe thirty combat ships. He slowly turned to face the storage sheds and buildings lining the unloading area. The amount of soldiers standing around was boggling his mind. What the hell were they loading onto these ships?
Port Administration Offices
Danya Ilneyov stood near the large, multipaned window looking out onto the flood-lit docks. A man of 35 years of age, he felt much older during the past few days, already having to take anti-acid pills. He was a large man, and tonight, despite the frigid temperatures, was sweating. He almost jumped as a young voice called out behind him.
"Father, we are nearing 85% loading complete," his son reported proudly. Unlike Danya, Karol was a strong-willed individual and was making his father extremely proud in the manner in which he had supervised the loading.
"Any security breaches?"
"The security teams tell me that no container's electronic alarms have gone off yet. They haven't been opened since they've been sealed."
Danya gave his son a hug before dismissing him. This was one of the most secretive and stressing jobs he's ever had to do since he'd taken control of the government ports in Leningrad. Not only could he face execution if the cargo was ever revealed to the public, but his family and finances would be liquidated. He turned once more, looking out the window as another forklift dropped its container with a thud barely muffled by the windows.
Atop a Container Loading Crane
Lieutenant Ruslan 'Roos' Seratov drained the last tobacco out of his cigarette before letting it fall from his lips onto the concrete below. He pressed the tip of his boot down upon it and ground it into shreds of paper and filter. His eyes scanned the loading areas below, illuminated with bright lights, as forklifts and trucks scurried around. He slung his assault rifle over his right shoulder and glanced to the man at his side, a lieutenant colonel, "Say, Boris, what the hell are they loading?"
The colonel smirked and looked over, a newly ignited cigarrete pressed between his lips, his fingers took it from his mouth as he exhaled a plume of smoke, "Only people above colonel know. But whatever it is, it's more important than hell..."
Ruslan chuckled some, "No shit." He returned his gaze to the loading areas below, those men had been at work for the last twelve hours, taking meager breaks for a drink of water and maybe a bite of food, nothing more. He glanced out into the horizon at the ships moored at the loading docks.
One massive cargo freighter was now steaming in reverse, navigating between a barge in the process of being loaded and a converted oil tanker, moving in to be filled with goods. Ruslan was here to make sure they did their jobs and that they never found out what was in those crates... He secretly hoped one would just fall from a forklift and smash open, revealing its contents. Then he'd know what was so important...
Atlantic Ocean
0654 Local Time
---------------
The Zlatoslav-class destroyer's nimble hull pierced the choppy waves of the North Atlantic, her heading was towards the north, some two hundred miles off of the Spanish coast. Behind her, arrayed out, was Task Force Gateway consisting off four Marda-class FFGs, one Zlatoslav-class DDG, a Taylor-class DDG, a CGN-21 heavy nuclear cruiser, and a Admiral Vinogradov-class medium assault carrier. Two Riptide-class SSNs slipped beneath the whitecaps, three thousand meters away from the main force.
The force and its fifty-some aircraft were moving towards a position in the North Atlantic where they would halt and remain there for some time. It's sister force, Task Force Troy would position itself about one hundred and fifty miles to the south west of Task Force Gateway. Task Force Troy was the other half of the 11th Expeditionary Fleet (Task Force Gateway was the other half) and they would assist in providing the convoy with continuous air cover.
Two more expeditionary fleets, the 6th and the 14th, were divided up into a total of six task forces, each arrayed out in a haphazard line through the Atlantic, their aerial units cruising the skies unattested and with fast attack submarines cruising the ocean's depths. Another expeditionary fleet, a designated home defense fleet, the 2nd Expeditionary Fleet, was heading towards the USSCR port of Volgograd.
The 2nd Battle Fleet, already positioned in the Atlantic for maneuvers, sat far off from this line in the event her ships or her aircraft were ever needed.
Leningrad, USSCR

Goverment Ports 1-18
Work continued at the Leningrad government ports as the sun continually rose, higher into the sky. The halogen lights were finally shut off as the area was bright enough without them. Ships were continuously being loaded, as new ships moved in to receive the cargo containers.
Dockworker Evgeniy Tuvenskiy struggled at the controls of this moderate-powered mobile crane. He could feel the extreme tension in the hydraulics levers as he grunted, pulling it towards him. He had done this hundreds of times today, each time it felt as though his arm would rip off. These crates were really taxing the hydraulics and winch on the crane. He was surprised it hadn't blown up yet from the pressure. As he pulled the lever back, he glanced out the open door of the crane to the small platform mounted alongside the crane, there stood Major General Alexiy Tovaresch and a small complement of minor military officials, all eagerly watching his progress. He had heard they went around and checked to make sure that everyone was doing their part. He grunted as a droplet of sweat fell from his brow...
Shit! I forgot! He quickly turned his head just in time to watch his gloved hand slide from the hydraulics lever, it shot forward and the crate jolted, dropping towards the pavement below. He grasped the controls as he heard the Major General yelling into the cab at him: "Fucking hell! BE CAREFUL! There's a million dollars worth of gold in those cra--" The general's voice cut out abruptly. Evgeniy's head turned slowly to watch the general's white face pull out of the cab... The major general's face grew stern... "Tell no-one you heard anything of the sort... Your life as well as mine is on the line."
Evgeniy gulped, he could feel the blood flush from his face. He reverted his attention to struggling with the controls while the general and his accomplices stormed off and down the flight of steps to ground-level.

Well, it was occupied by Russia (North) and China (South) but I don't know if it would be ok to sign up as Japan as a whole or as one of those, as you must do with Germany (but then again, they were seperately politically so..).

Japan and Germany will be whole initially because we're starting at WW2 and what happens afterwards is up to China, Russia, and the USA.
Are we starting at WW2 like 1939, or are we starting right after WW2 in 1945? If so than I got nuclear winter in my southern islands to worry about...

ex-Persia here, saying hey. I think it would be cool if I could be Persia again, but my backup choices would be Yugoslavia or Turkey.
And I think that more countries should be left alone, like how Iraq, Greece, some African countries were nearly if not already independent.
And Japan was occupied wholly by the US, and there was no nuclear winter with two nukes.
I would like to join as France, but only if its Cold war(It seems that its that way, but I hear things about ww2).
